Subject	anybody heard of lighting audio?

Message	any good? i heard the company is owned by rockford fosgate. i found an amp/sub combo for pretty cheap (on clearance) and am interested. i'm not looking to shatter glass or shake my car apart. i'm just looking for something that sounds clean and hits fairly hard. the sub is 200rms and 450 peak i believe and has a matching amp, opinions?
